Admission Process

MDN International School offers admissions to Kindergarten IK I, IK II, IK III and Grades I to IX, subject to the availability of seats and eligibility. Parents who wish to apply for admission should obtain the brochure and application form from the school’s admission office making a payment of Rs.300/-. This can be rendered in cash or demand draft drawn in favour of the MDN International School, payable at Roha.

How To Apply :

Submit the duly filled application form (from the admission kit) at the school’s admission office in stipulated time. Please submit below mentioned documents along with the application form;

Original Transfer Certificate from previous school (if applicable)

Mark sheet/ Mark Statement from previous class (if applicable)

06 Passport size photos of student and 02 of each parent

Medical fitness certificate & blood group report

Copy of Personal id (Adhar Card) of student

Caste certificate (if applicable)

Original documents of the submitted photocopies should be made available upon request for verification. The mere submission of an application form does not guarantee admission to the school.

CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION :

On receipt of acceptance of admission, parents have to pay the fees within the stipulated date.

The following documents should also be submitted :

A certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to SC / ST / BC)

Six passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs of the student. Parents One Each Photograph.

Transfer Certificate / Record sheet from the school last attended

Two passport size photographs of the attendants who receive/visit the student.

If for any reason the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, it must be produced on or before the commencement of the academic session.

Fees have to be paid online/ in cash/demand draft drawn in favour of MDN International School payable at Roha.

AGE CRITERIA :

Children have to meet the stipulated age requirement for admission to MDN International School as on June 1st of that year. The required age limit for each grade is mentioned in the table. The stipulated age limit may be relaxed at the discretion of the School Admission Committee based on past academic achievements and performance in our testing procedures, provided the student has graduated from a recognized school

Fees Payment Terms & Conditions

Fees can only be paid through HDFC bank Ltd Cheque / DD / Cash not accepted

Date for payment of term-wise fee is as below for transport & school fee

I Term	01st April to 15th April	* Late fee @ Rs 500/- per Term will be applicable for fee defaulters after last date
II Term	01st July to 15th July
III Term	01st October to 15th October
IV Term	01st January to 15th January

If there is a withdrawal of a student from the school in the middle of the term, the tuition fee for entire term has to be paid to procure the TC.

In general, minimum yearly increase of 10 percent in the fee may be expected. No service tax is included in the above fees. In case regarding the prescribed increase.there is any introduction of such tax by the government, we will inform the parents

Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
